A. No. But the only trusted painkiller to use during pregnancy, that has no documented side effects, is Tylenol. Aspirin does not cause the uterus to contract and cause a miscarriage, but has been documented to cause complications in the third trimestor of pregnancy due to thinning of the blood.

cortal aspirin issue..?
Q. i have a friend she really needs help. she was 11 days delayed. she had done taking pregnancy test when she was 5 days delayed. and it resulted neagative. then she drink cortal and sprite, she said someone tells her that it will get her menstruation back. but it didnt happen. she took 1 more test today at 6:00am. and it is negative again. she's asking me if it is the cortal that makes it negative. does cortal has an effect with the result. i dont know what to tell her coz i've never been in that situation. that's why i tried posting here. maybe u guys can help her. thanks!
